Journey since 1990:
Bhargav brass industries was established in year 1990. our pioneer entrepreneur Mr. Amrutlal K. Vasoya began the journey of building Bhargav brass industries brick by brick through small contract of job works of metal components to this dates we are the expertise for various grade of various material such as steel, stainless steel, tool steel, Inconel, titanium, cobalt, bronze, brass, aluminum, copper to be partner suppliers to Big branded global companies.
The Growing Story of Bhargav industries:
- In the beginning we had a small workshop to accommodate only 3-4 Conventional Turning Machines to suffice only a few Job Works in Brass Customized Products with only a limited client flow of 3-4 clients.
- Then in Year 1990, there came a turning point in Bhargav Industries where we introduced Brass Casting Foundry, also an increased structure of Conventional Turning machineries up to 15-20 with Hardcore Engineering Staff from local to Being Domestically available to our Clients Countrywide.
- In the year 2000, we even got bigger by introducing 4-5 CNC Machines, 1 VMC and Forging Press for manufacturing Forging Components up until 2005.
- At year 2005 we became the proud Pioneers in Metal Components Internationally from India and till this date we are attaining great confidence from our well known Clients Internationally to join hands to get more brand name because of our Superior Quality Precision.
- As our customers were very satisfied in dealing with us there came their growing needs in Steel metal in year 2007, which gave us the thought and rising capabilities of introducing Customized Forged and Machined Components of Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Carbon Steel and Aluminum Parts, Nickel and Inconel Alloy Parts and Titanium Parts.
- For better Commitment quality wise in the year 2010-15 we purchased Metallurgical Lab Instruments like Spectrometer, tensile and elongation tester machine, Rockwell hardness tester machine, platting and thickness coating testing machine and Microscope.
- For dimensional Accuracy we bought the instruments like Profile Projector, Digital Air Gauges Unit Roundness Tester, Height Gauges, ultra-Sonic Sorting machines which can measure each and every smaller component in timings like 5 secs with fully automotive facilities and CMM all came into effect by 2016. To increase our production capabilities, we bought more well-known imported HAAS INC, MAZAK CNC Machines, VMC Machines and TMC Machines, Sliding Head Stock Machines of SUGANI and also CNC Grinding Machines in the same year.
